These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of 3EOS Genesis (the "Service"), an internal infrastructure observability and governance tool operated by Desvy Inc. ("Desvy", "we", "us") from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. By accessing the Service, including its public landing page or its authenticated management console, you agree to these Terms.
3EOS Genesis reads system state from the host(s) it runs on (via systemd, cgroup v2, and /proc) and presents it as workload inventory, resource usage, network exposure, policy state, and an append-only evidence ledger. The Service is observe-only: it does not start, stop, or reconfigure any production workload, and any enforcement capability is limited to disposable, clearly-scoped test workloads, as described in the Service's own architecture documentation.
The management console is restricted to individuals authorized by Desvy. You agree not to attempt to circumvent access controls, to share console credentials outside of authorized personnel, or to use any data surfaced by the Service for purposes other than operating, securing, or auditing the infrastructure it observes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Desvy makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that observed data is complete — the Service is explicitly designed to surface sentinel values such as "UNKNOWN" or "NOT OBSERVED" rather than fabricate data it cannot verify, and such values do not constitute a defect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
