This Privacy Policy explains what information 3EOS Genesis (the "Service") collects and how Desvy Inc. ("Desvy", "we", "us"), of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, handles it.
3EOS Genesis is infrastructure tooling, not a consumer product. The data it observes is about system workloads running on the hosts it is installed on: systemd unit names and state, cgroup resource accounting (CPU, memory, process count, I/O), process ownership and command lines, listening and established network sockets, and environment variable names (never values — secret values are never read or displayed). None of this is collected about, or targeted at, an identifiable end user of any public-facing product; it describes infrastructure, not individuals.
The Service does not use cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics scripts on its public pages. It does not collect visitor IP addresses beyond what nginx's standard access logs record for operational and security purposes, and does not sell or share any data with third parties.
Observations made through the management console (e.g. an explicit "inspect" action) are appended to a hash-chained, append-only evidence ledger stored locally on the host. This ledger exists to make the Service's own behavior auditable — so an operator can verify what was observed and when — not to profile any individual.
The management console is protected by authentication and is restricted to personnel authorized by Desvy. The public landing page exposes only aggregate, non-identifying counts (e.g. number of governed workloads) and no hostnames, process IDs, ports, or file paths.
Evidence ledger records are retained indefinitely by design (they are append-only and hash-chained for integrity) unless deliberately archived or rotated by an authorized operator.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
